Norwegian startup joins mushroom mania . Founded in 2020 by tech entrepreneur Ingrid Dynna and microbiologist/organic restauranteur David Andrew Quis, NoMy’s process aims to create circular solutions in a B2B model. ? “In the face of products that contribute disproportionately to the planet’s problems, we’re working on a bold idea that will create truly circular and sustainable alternatives,” Quis writes in a company blog. ?
